What is the benefit of working with a virtual assistant at Staff Revolution than hiring on your own?

Hiring a virtual staff requires a lot of work such as pre-screening candidates, taking care of payroll and administrative tasks. With us, you don’t have to worry because we will handle all of this. You just have to give your tasks to your virtual assistant and pay on time.

What do you need to get started?

We require a one month prepay prior to your virtual assistant's start of work. It is important that all our virtual assistants are paid on time. After that, we will bill you every 2nd week and 4th week of the month.

What job can you outsource to us?

You can outsource almost everything such as web design, digital marketing, social media marketing, real estate task and a lot more. Except for task that is related to gambling or pornography.

What time zone are we going to work and how many hours per week can your virtual assistant work?

Your virtual assistant will work in Philippine Standard Time. A full-time virtual staff works 9 hours (12 noon to 9 pm) a day with 15 minutes short break and 45 minutes dinner break. A part-time virtual staff works 4 hours per day (12 noon-4pm). Project-based virtual assistant works on full-time.

What currency are you going to bill me?

For small and large business located in United Kingdom, New Zealand, Australia and Asia, you will be billed in Australian Dollars (AUD). For small and large business located in United States, Canada, Europe and elsewhere, you will be in US Dollars (USD)

What payment types do you accept?

We accept credit cards, PayPal and bank transfer.

How can I communicate with my virtual assistant and how can I track her/his work?

We will set up a Google Drive that you can access to see the checklist of your virtual assistance on-going task. You can also chat them using the checklist excel page.

What if I want to call my virtual assistant during office hours?

Kindly send an email to your dedicated account manager for a request.

What if I want to stop working with my virtual assistant?

Our virtual assistants are on probationary period within the first 3 months of work. After 3 months, our account manager will call you for your virtual assistance evaluation. You can request to terminate your virtual assistant or to request for another virtual assistant. If in case you want to terminate your virtual assistance, we require a 15 days notice.

Do you work during Public Holidays?

We usually work during public holidays except for New Year's Day, Holy Thursday, Good Friday and Christmas Day.
